The quality and craftsmanship that are built into every lovoc mattress and foundation allow lovoc to offer a product warranty against defects in workmanship and/or materials (other than fabric if featured on this product). This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and it is only valid within Malaysia.

Any manufacturing defects arising within the first year of purchase will be repaired without charges but all transportation cost must be borne by the purchaser. Should any manufacturing defects develop after the first year, repairs will be charged on Pro-rated basis of the current retail price multiplied by the number of years used. Purchaser shall be responsible for transportation costs.

If service resulting from such defect is required during the remaining years of the applicable product warranty, as indicated on the schedule on the opposite side, your lovoc mattress or foundation will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s option. Purchaser shall be responsible for labor and material charges, calculated as shown in the schedule for the warranty code of the model you purchased, plus all transportation costs.

If identical materials are not available at the time of service, manufacturer may substitute materials of comparable quality. Proof of purchase with date, place of purchase and purchase price is required to obtain service under this warranty. Model name label and law label must be available to identify the bedding and validate the warranty. If your original lovoc dealers no longer in business or you have moved outside the service area, please kindly contact us directly.

The product warranty does not cover the “COMFORT EXPECTATION”.
This product warranty covers the lovoc mattress and/or foundation anywhere in Malaysia. To obtain performance under this warranty:

1. Contact the retailer from whom you purchased your lovoc product;
2. If your retailer is unavailable, call or visit Manufacturer at the address shown on the back of this warranty;
3. If you have moved, contact the closest lovoc manufacturer/dealer in your area;
4. If you cannot locate a lovoc dealer or need further information please contact lovoc sdn bhd.

EASY STEPS FOR ROTATING YOUR TURN FREE MATTRESS – IF YOU WANT
Regular 180rotation of lovoc mattress will help minimize body impressions (see Mattress Turning Schedule).

RETAIN YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE AND THIS WARRANTY:
This lovoc Product Waranty shall NOT apply to damages resulting from normal wear and teat and existence of any of the following circumstances shall make the foregoing warranty null and voided:

• If bedding is found to be unsanitary.
• When product failure is due to causes other than defective workmanship or material. - Any queen or king size mattress and/or foundation that is used on a frame or bed rails without a center support rail and having legs that touch the floor.
• If bedding has any damage to the other fabric of the cover, including wear and tear. - If this product is used for commercial purposes, unless specifically designed and built for commercial use.
• If purchaser does not present proof of purchase
• If mattress is damaged due to use with an inadequate foundation. This mattress is designed for optimal performance when used in conjunction with a matching foundation as part of a total sleep system. In addition, this lovoc Product Warranty shall not apply to “as is” models, distressed mattresses or handles. Handles are only intended to assist in positioning the mattress.

“SAGGING” VS BODY IMPRESSIONS

Various components utilized for the comfort layers will settle and could compress due to the weight and shape of the user. This compression is not a structural or design defect, but a normal, expected result. Compression of upholstery materials of 1 1⁄2’’ or less should not be considered as sagging of the mattress. Compression of upholstery layers is not covered under this limited warranty. Sagging occurs when the mattress has a depression greater than 1 1⁄2” (kindly refer to example illustrated below.) Two people sleeping on a queen or king size mattress may notice that the head-to-foot center of the mattress is raised. This is a normal occurrence and indicates that upholstery layers in the sleeping areas are confirming to each sleeper’s body.

Example: Measure depression by making a straight line across the top with a yardstick. Then measure the distance from the straight line to the top of the quilt surface at the lowest point of depression. In his example, the mattress has a 1 1⁄2’’ depression – it is NOT a defect covered by the warranty.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THIS PRODUCT OF LOVOC, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SHALL NOT EXCEED IN DURATION THE TERM OF THIS LOVOC PRODUCT WARRANTY. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO ANY OF ITS PRODUCTS, INCLUDING ANY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED.

The remedies provided herein are exclusive remedies provided under any warranty for this product, express or implied. Manufacturer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of this product, and in no event shall manufacturer’s liability exceed the purchase price of the product.
